What type of product does HOP, Inc. offer?
HOP, Inc. offers high quality; family-friendly bath and body products similar to those offered by Jordan Essentials, our sister company.
Do HOP, Inc. products represent a fair value for the consumer?
Yes! HOP, Inc. will be partnering with you, fundraising organization to help meet fundraising goals. HOP, Inc. products are priced to bring organizations lots of sales and, in turn, lots of profits!
What kind of materials, brochures, or promotional materials does HOP, Inc. offer?
HOP, Inc. will provide personalized order forms for every student or volunteer seller wishing to participate in the fundraiser. The form will come with all necessary information to promote fundraisers to enable the fundraising organization to receive the highest profit returns.
Who pays for the Samples?
The personalized order forms are free of charge to the fundraising organization. Any small or regular size samples can be purchased for a reasonable rate.
Does the fundraising organization pay for shipping?
Yes, but only 10-20 cents per bar depending on shipping location.
What is the turnaround time from placing the order to receiving the
shipment?
Once the order is placed, the turnaround time will be approximately two weeks once final payment (or purchase order) has been received. This is assuming that the label proofs are already approved.
Are fundraisers reserved for groups/organizations in the U.S. only?
Yes. At this time, HOP, Inc. does not ship outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
What if the fundraising organization is tax-exempt?
HOP, Inc. will require a copy of the organization's Tax-Exempt Certificate.
If a Tax-Exempt Certificate cannot be produced, the organization will be charged the current sales tax rate in Nixa, MO.

What is HOP, Inc.'s return policy?
It is HOP, Inc.'s goal to provide 100% accuracy in filling orders, however, we realize that inconsistencies may occur. We will gladly replace any item received incorrectly or damaged in shipment. Inconsistencies should be reported to the HOP FC within 10 days of delivery to ensure prompt attention and replacement.
What is the turnaround time for replacing incorrect or damaged items?
HOP, Inc. wants to ensure that your customers are 100% satisfied with the product and service they receive. For this reason, it is HOP, Inc.'s desire to have these items replaced as soon as possible, within approximately one week.
What are the terms for payment?
HOP, Inc. works on a pay before shipment basis. We understand that some schools and institutions require delivery prior to issuing payment. In those cases HOP will accept a binding purchase order from reputable organizations. In those cases, payment is due upon delivery.
What if someone wants to order personalized HOP products to give away as promotional gifts?
We do that too. Banks, Realtors, and Insurance agents to name a few could all benefit from a personalized gift that their customers would love. Just contact us to see about special projects with small minimums.
What kind of educational value will HOP, Inc. offer to students or volunteer sellers?
Children and adults alike can learn teamwork and responsibility by planning and implementing a project in a group setting, especially if they are learning the fun aspects of FUNdraising! Kids make great salespeople, and fundraising is a great way for children to support public service and volunteer to help out in their communities. HOP, Inc. encourages the utmost in safety when it comes to fundraising and kids. We do not encourage door-to-door selling without the supervision of an adult at all times.
